Recently, Qu Xiaoqing, overseas consultant of the Municipal Overseas Chinese Federation and president of the US-Harbin Ice and Snow Art and Culture Exchange Association, joined hands with Xu Rui, executive president and ice sculpture artist, to carefully plan and organize more than 200 ice sculpture artists from Harbin to the United States, in order to hold exhibitions of ice sculpture art in six cities including Washington, San Antonio, Denver, Orlando, Dallas, and Nashville and to jointly wish the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin a complete success in 2025. Ice sculpture artists from Harbin have successfully created world-renowned works such as Red Nose Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, Grinch Steals Christmas, and Polar Express through their exquisite ice sculpture skills. Each ice sculpture fully exhibits the unique charm of Harbin's ice sculpture art, promotes ice and snow culture, spreads ice sculpture art, showcases Harbin's unique ice and snow charm, presents a feast of ice and snow for American citizens and tourists from all over the world, all of which have received admiration and praise from local residents and tourists. In response to the initiative of the Municipal Overseas Chinese Federation, Qu Xiaoqing and Xu Rui organized an ice sculpture team to send their blessings to their hometown and wish the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin 2025 a complete success!
